RESERVATIONS
Please note that a credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure your reservation. Your card or certificate will not be charged unless you fail to meet our cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment, you will be given a receipt documenting the cancellation fee. Making a reservation acknowledges acceptance of this policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held or gift certificate number. Believe us – we would rather you show up and receive a wonderful treatment than for you to miss your appointment and be charged this fee.
SPA CUISINE
We provide light refreshments for our guests. If you would like to add a spa cuisine meal to your package, it’s only an additional $15. Kosher meals and refreshments are available.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you or we will reschedule your visit.
PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
We have both male and female massage therapists on our staff. When scheduling an appointment, please tell the front desk if you have a preference. We want you to be comfortable.
SANITATION
We are firmly committed to cleanliness, safety and hygiene. We use only sterilized and sanitized equipment for all services and treatments. Please note, we use eco-friendly products to clean our spa because of our commitment to lessen toxins in our environment.
GRATUITY
Our spa gift packages and services do not include gratuities. A 15-20% gratuity is very much appreciated by your technician. Important: gratuities cannot be added to credit card or check transactions. CASH is greatly appreciated.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Please select skin care products very carefully as they are not exchangeable or returnable. Other boutique items may be returned within a 30 day period but only a CREDIT will be issued.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Our gift certificates are beautifully packaged and ready for giving. They can be ordered via telephone, in person or on the web site. Please note that gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are valid one year from date of purchase. All gift certificates must be presented at time of check-in.
CURRENCY
We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We do not give cash. We accept local checks up to $150 with proper identification and credit card.
ADDITIONAL COURTESIES
We ask guests to please turn off their cell phones while at the spa.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please let us know if you have any significant medical conditions that may interfere with spa services such as prescriptions, high blood pressure, or pregnancy. We are unable to perform any body treatments if you are pregnant.

JEWELRY
For your protection, please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We suggest that you leave your jewelry at home when using our spa, which means one less thing for you to worry about. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged articles.
YOUNG GUESTS
Clients 12 years old and up are permitted to receive treatments while accompanied by an adult. A release form must be signed by the responsible party allowing the young client to receive services.

CORPORATE GIFT GIVING
Your team will perform better when they look good and feel good about themselves. We can create the appropriate corporate gift for any occasion. Our wide selection of services, spa treatments, and products gives employees and co-workers the “executive” treatment. The perfect performance appraisal and team building experience. Please contact the booking manager for more information for your spa for the day.
RENT THE SPA
Personnel and total facilities available for private events, teen birthday parties, employee rewards events, bridal occasions and couples nights. We can customize events for your special events. Please contact management for your special occasion.

Please communicate any expectations or concerns to your assigned therapist before and during your treatment so that he or she can target your treatment to meet your expectations. We are here to serve YOU.
